Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using www.unstoppablemarketing.solutions (the “Service”) operated by Unstoppable You Limited T/A Unstoppable Marketing (“us,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. YOUR AGREEMENT

By purchasing, engaging with, or using our products, services, or website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, including but not limited to digital products, courses, templates, and materials, are the exclusive property of Unstoppable Marketing and its licensors. All intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service or its content without prior written permission.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Unstoppable Marketing provides the following services:

• Funnel and website design (Done-for-You services)

• Coaching programs and group offers (e.g., Cashflow Catalyst)

• Digital products, courses, templates, and PLR bundles

• Intensives (e.g., Offer Ascension Intensive, Evergreen Cashflow Accelerator, Conversion Maximizer Audit Intensive)

Each service is subject to its own specific terms and deliverables, which will be outlined upon purchase.

4. POST-APPROVAL CHANGES AND REVISIONS

All deliverables (e.g., websites, funnels, nurture sequences) will be deemed final upon your written approval. Changes or revisions requested after approval will be billed as additional services at a rate of $150 per hour

5. EXPEDITED SERVICES

Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (GMT+7). Services required outside of these hours, including weekends or holidays, may incur an expedited service fee of $150 per hour, or 50% of the total project cost, whichever is greater. Approval for expedited services will be required before work begins.

6. GROUP PROGRAMS AND COACHING DISCLAIMER

Results Are Not Guaranteed: Success in group coaching programs, including but not limited to Cashflow Catalyst, depends on individual effort, implementation, and external factors such as audience engagement and traffic generation.

Participant Responsibilities:

• Fully participate in live sessions and complete action steps assigned during the program.

• Test and optimize based on strategies shared in the program.

• Be responsible for generating traffic to their funnels.

We do not take responsibility for results or lack thereof stemming from insufficient action, audience misalignment, or lack of traffic.

7. PAYMENT PLANS

Commitment to Payment Plans

By agreeing to a payment plan, you commit to completing all scheduled payments according to the terms outlined during your purchase.

Missed Payments

If a payment is missed or declined, access to services, deliverables, or digital products may be temporarily revoked until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

Late Payment Fees

A late fee of $25 may be applied to any payment more than 7 days past due. Additional fees may accrue if the payment remains unpaid for an extended period.

Termination of Services for Non-Payment

Unstoppable Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met. This includes revoking access to any deliverables or products already provided.

Legal Action for Breach of Payment Agreement

Failure to fulfill your payment plan obligations may result in legal action. All legal costs, including attorney fees and collection agency charges, will be your responsibility.

No Refunds on Payment Plans

Payment plans are not eligible for cancellation or refund once initiated. You are responsible for the full amount agreed upon at the time of purchase.

8. GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS

Digital Products:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered.

Group Programs & Coaching Services:

No refunds are provided for coaching or group programs once payment has been made. Your results will depend on your participation and implementation.

Done-for-You Services:

Refunds are not available once the project has begun. If you wish to cancel mid-project, any work already completed will be billed based on the agreed rate.

Guarantee Terms for Specific Services:

If applicable, guarantees (e.g., Double Your Income Guarantee) will be subject to strict conditions outlined within individual agreements.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of Terms: If you violate any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Inappropriate Conduct: If behavior or communication towards Unstoppable Marketing staff is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or unprofessional.

• Non-Payment: If payment terms are not honored or invoices remain unpaid after reasonable reminders.

In the event of termination:

1. Any fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will remain payable.

2. Access to deliverables, resources, or digital products may be revoked.

This policy ensures mutual respect and accountability while protecting both parties’ interests.

10. OPTIONAL ADD-ON SERVICES

Clients purchasing intensives may choose optional add-ons such as voice message support. These add-ons are billed separately and are non-refundable.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Unstoppable Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue due to failure to implement strategies or drive traffic.

• Technical issues resulting from third-party platforms.

• Results that do not meet client expectations due to lack of engagement or improper execution.

12. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Service may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these sites.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If significant changes occur, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via our website.
